Members can keep up with a healthy lifestyle by adding one of our fitness classes to their weekly programme.
Katie Hope has Kettlebell classes on Tuesdays 5.30pm and Fridays 5-6.00pm, and Suzanne Marshall has Pilates classes on Tuesdays 3.30pm and 4.30pm, and Wednesdays 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
The cost for classes are £5 and all equipment is provided, beginners welcome. See the club notice board for more details.
The Wednesday evening adult beginner and improver tennis classes are proving popular. They are free to members — why not pop along and get some tips, beginners 7-8pm, improvers 8-9pm.
